4-Ingredient Turkey Enchiladas

This is a super easy recipe for those nights when you want a delicious dinner but don't feel like making it. It only calls for 4 ingredients and only a few steps.

 

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Ground Turkey
  • Large Jar of Salsa (about 24 oz)
  • Pack of Medium Sized Torrillas
  • Package of Shredded Cheese (Mexican/Taco/Cheddar)

 

Heat of a pan with some olive oil and thoroughly cook ground turkey. Turn off heat and drain.

Add about a cup of your salsa to the turkey and mix together.

Then add your third ingredient, a handful of cheese. Mix into meat and salsa.

Next take your tortilla and add a scoop or two of your meat. Roll it up and add to a 9x13 pan. Repeat until out of meat. I made about 9-10. 

Cover in salsa and cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Yep that's it, super simple and not much to it but taste amazing!

Makes about 9-10 Enchiladas, Time about 35 min

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Ground Turkey
  • Large Jar of Salsa (about 24 oz)
  • Pack of Medium Sized Tortillas
  • Package of Shredded Cheese (Mexican/Taco/Cheddar)

  • Heat oven to 350F
  • Heat pan and fully cook ground turkey. Drain.
  • Mix together ground turkey and a cup of salsa. Stir in a handful of cheese.
  • Add a scoop of meat onto tortilla and roll up. Place in 9x13 pan.
  • Cover rolled up tortillas with salsa and cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
